A Performance Management Chart, or PMC, puts three linked training-load signals on one view. It is not a lab test, and it should not be read as a direct measure of your body.
The first line is chronic training load, often labeled fitness or CTL. Treat it as a smoothed view of longer-term training load, much like how your load trend works across weeks.
The second line is acute training load, often labeled fatigue or ATL. It reflects the shorter-term load that tends to match the tiredness you notice after dense training.
The third signal is form, often shown as training stress balance or TSB. It is the gap between chronic and acute load, so form and fitness can diverge before a race or hard block.
