Connect Garmin or Wahoo, enable Upload Planned Workouts (off by default), then Send to app or auto-upload and sync your device.
N+One can push planned workouts to Garmin or Wahoo so you can ride structured sessions on your bike computer or trainer—not only view them in the browser.
This is different from syncing completed rides into N+One. Here you are sending a workout out to the device ecosystem.
Key takeaway: connect the integration, then turn on Upload Planned Workouts (it is off by default). After that, new plans can upload automatically, and you can use Send to app on a session page.
You can connect both. Upload settings are per provider.
Garmin also syncs activities and health metrics (sleep, HRV, resting heart rate) for readiness. Wahoo focuses on device workout delivery (ELEMNT / KICKR). For a broader integrations overview, see Integrations: Strava, Wahoo, WHOOP, Garmin.
Connecting alone does not start sending workouts to the device.
On the same Garmin or Wahoo card:
Until this is on:
The toggle stays off by default so N+One does not push workouts until you opt in.
When upload is on for a provider, planned sessions created from coach plan flows (for example after you accept a training plan) are queued or uploaded to that platform.
You do not need to open each session for those new plans—as long as the toggle stays on.
For a single planned session:
Send to app only appears for planned, not-yet-completed sessions, and only for providers where you are connected and Upload Planned Workouts is on.
After a successful send, N+One shows a short confirmation. Then sync the physical device (next section).
Upload goes to the cloud account first. Your head unit still needs a sync.
If the workout is missing on the device, check Connect / ELEMNT first, then sync again—do not only refresh N+One.
If you prefer not to enable cloud upload, open the planned session and use Download:
That path does not require the Upload Planned Workouts toggle.
Still stuck? Open Help & Support and include provider name, whether the toggle is on, and about when you tried Send to app.
Zwift may appear under workout upload with full integration coming soon. Do not expect reliable in-app Zwift uploads today. Prefer FIT/ZWO download or Garmin/Wahoo when those are connected.
