English and Deutsch were already there. We added Français, Español, Italiano, and Português, and the whole product follows the switch.

When the words don't match how you train
Training advice lands better when it sounds like you, not a second translation layer before the first coffee stop.
The problem: Locale friction is real. Morning decisions slow down when the plan, the push, and the coach reply in a language you don't think in.
The science: Cognitive load compounds under fatigue. Clear language is part of readiness, same as readable load and a honest TSB call.
The N+One insight: Coaching should meet you in the language you train in. The plan logic stays; the words follow you.
The setup: Open Preferences → Profile → Language. Français, Español, Italiano, and Português join English and Deutsch.
